- 01The app asks for consent to scan your specs (nothing is sent).
- 02Sign in with a device code: the app shows a short code that you confirm on this website.
- 03The model downloads with resume and sha256 verification; you see the size before it starts.
- 04A quick calibration (1–5 min), then your first chat.
